Stainless Steel 316L Stud Bolts is the low carbon version which minimizes carbide precipitation and improves weldability. The lower nickel content of SS 316 Stud Bolts improves resistance to sulfur attack at high temperatures. SS 316L Stud Bolts is employed for parts requiring both corrosion and heat resistance and oxidation resistance up to 2000 Degree F.
