1018 grade steel is one of the most widely used grades of steel as it is applicable for many different uses and comes at an affordable price. Our 1018 hex bars have a low carbon and medium manganese composition, which makes 1018 better suited for applications that do not require the strength that high carbon steel provides.

hot rolled bars/wire rods - (spheroidizing annealed for alloy steel/bearing steel) - pickling - cleaning - saponifing - cold drawn - (softening annealed for alloy steel/bearing steel) - cutting - bundling - packing - finished products
