hot rolled bars/wire rods - spheroidizing annealed - pickling - cleaning - saponifing - cold drawn - (softening annealed for alloy steel/bearing steel) - cutting - bundling - packing - finished products
5. Cold Drawn Steel Bar Tolerance: h8-h11.
6. Cold Drawn Steel Bar Straightness; Max 1mm/m
7. Cold drawn steel bar length : 3000-6000mm in general, but can cut to any length according to customers' requirements.
8.Packing: Rusty proof packages. Anti rusty oil painting, film wrapped inside and Nylon plastic bags wrapped outside
9.Cold Drawn Steel bar applications:
Used to produce steel fastners such as bolts and screws, roller shaft in conveyor belt, piston rod, motor shaft etc.
10.Payment terms: T/T or L/ C
(1)30% paid by T/T and rest 70% by T/T upon the copy of B/B.
(2)100% irrevocable L/C at sight
